Seated Exercise Class with Cardio, Strength, Balance & Mobility
Level 1: 1 - 1.5 miles, flat or gentle slopes, no stiles and ideal for those able to complete 30- 40 mins with minimal stops. Level 2: 2 - 2.5 miles, tracks and some hills or moderate pace. Ideal for those looking to develop their walking fitness and able to complete 45-60 mins with minimal stops. Under 18’s may attend but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Keep Active Move More Classes are an enjoyable way to improve stamina and general fitness working at your own pace. You can see the improvements after five sessions. This is a tennis session for adults with learning disabilities. Sessions are run by a tennis coach and are fun and informal, with games and activities, music and a chance to learn new skills, spend time with others, and be active outdoors. Sessions are every Wednesday from 11am - 12 noon at Blewbury Tennis Club, Oxfordshire. For more info please contact apowell@styleacre.org.uk
We offer short walks of between 25 - 30 minutes at the pace of the slowest or least confident person and we are happy to stop and wait for anyone who needs to rest during the walks. The walk is usually followed by a refreshments and a chat.
A safe fun friendly environment to play a fast paced fun contact sport and an opportunity to meet like minded people from all walks of life , both male and female and to enjoy a sense of belonging . All equipment will be provided and all disabilities welcome .
