A fitness class for all seniors to help and maintain / improvement overal ability to move and enjoy life! Each class incorporates flexibility, endurance, balance and strength exercises which are shown to help enhance the quality of life as we get older. The class is fun and friendly too!

Enjoy sociable Nordic Walking for Freedom Passport holders in a variety of locations with a mixed ability group. Lead by accredited instructors or leaders, these walks make the most of our beautiful countryside and are a relaxing way to enjoy being active outdoors, at the same time as improving your fitness and wellbeing. We are based at the start of an 11 mile off road Cycle Path, stretching from us in Yatton, to Cheddar. We have a great range of bikes, regular bikes, handcycles, a veloplus wheelchar bike, trikes, adaptive tandems, E-bikes and more. We also have funding to enable people with disabilities and additional needs to access cycling. Our home is at Yatton Railway Station, so it is easy to access us via train from Temple Meads, Bristol.
