Disability and Inclusive Activity Clubs are fun and accessible that provide Paralympic and multi-sports for disabled people. Delivering high quality sports and physical activity provision for the community and offering expert knowledge of disability sport through our fully-qualified sports coaches
Class is gentle seated exercise for less mobile members. Suitable for people with mobility issues.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
Sessions for all ages looking to build their water confidence for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.
Instructor led sessions where participants are able to follow individually tailored exercise to meet their muscular skeletal conditions.
A slower-paced version of the sport for male and female participants. These sessions will help improve your fitness, health and well-being and you don’t need brilliant cricket skills to join in, just a desire for fun and enjoyment.
