The Greenwich Play Tennis Club provide Tennis coaching sessions for Disabled Adults and young people aged 16yrs+. The coaching sessions are based at the Waterfront Leisure Centre Every Friday morning @ 10.00am-12.00noon. Sessions are on a turn up and play basis and free of charge. All equipment is provided. There is an option to also take part in an indoor Multi sport session that follows the first tennis session at 11.00-12.00noon. Contact the Head Coach for more information.
Messy play is an open-ended way of exploration that allows babies and children to take the lead and independently explore different textures and materials through various senses.

Our fish and chat sessions bring people together to learn new skills or develop current skills further in a fishing environment. A Low Impact circuit class aimed for residents who are inactive and at risk of cardiovascular diseases and mild to moderate mental health conditions. Please note all participants looking to take part must book a consultation to see the Get Active Specialist first. This consultation will run through the essential inclusion criteria to determine eligibility. Participants will receive 6 weeks free of exercise classes and then £4.50 per person

The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability.
