Exercise classes designed by our physiotherapist for older people to help you stay strong and active, improve your balance and flexibility and conquer those aches and pains no matter what your age or ability. Our 'Circuits' Classes are Weekly hour long classes led by Keep Phytt trained instructors for with more challenging exercises including regular use of weights, mats and a rowing machine.

  This circular walk takes in some stunning views, and excellent bluebells in Spring. It includes some fairly steep and sustained hills to test your hill technique and give you a good workout! You will need to be comfortable with this.  Nordic Walx are simply sociable Nordic walks in a mixed ability group, enjoying beautiful locations in and around South Shropshire and beyond. This is a beautiful edge of Chichester Harbour Walk starting from Itchenor Car Park towards West Wittering and back. An absolutly Stunning walk from Itchenor Harbour Car Park towards West Wittering along the edge of the creek Can be wet underfoot after a lot of rain, but normally fine . Breath taking harbour views make this a huge favourite.  Please note there are charges for the car park. This is a there and back walk. There is a parking charge.

A more gentle walk for those with a recent medical condition that means that mobility is limited, and who feel their fitness levels have declined as a result. The challenge is still to manage an hour walk, with rests when needed. Regularly weekly walks can bring improvements. Start of the walk is at the same time of the other group. We often walk on the Tissington Trail as this is fairly level and even. But we will also incorporate fields and hills in our walks which are 2-3 miles. Lyme Park Nordic Walks Come and join us on a social walk on a circular route of around 5km within the Historic Estate of Lyme Park.
