Join me for a gentle hour of Qi Gong - energy management, Tai Chi Form work and meditation. Learn to coordinate you movement with mind and breath to improve wellbeing. Gentle, fun, chair-based ecercises
A fun session filled with boxing based activities run by our excellent coach Zach. No previous experience is needed! This session caters for those new to the sport, in addition to those wanting to progress their boxing skills further! At this session, you will have access to: Games-based boxing activities Socialising with new and current friends!
Sessions for all ages looking to build their water confidence for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
