We provide the only wheelchair rugby to the east of London and north of Kent. We have chairs for players to use at our venue. We are free to Qualifying players. We offer a challenge for people to stay active in a competitive style. The idea is to push our boundaries in a fair and responsible way. You progress step-by-step in a safe and well cared for environment.

Get Fit, Lose Weight, Gain Confidence, Have Fun! This is a Burlesque Chair Dance class open to over 16s (15 if accompanied by an adult). All sizes and shapes are welcome and no dance experience is needed. Only £5 per session!
We have been providing our popular aerial circus skills sessions since 2015. In these, some of our newest classes, students will learn skills on the four aerial apparatus; silks (tissues), rope (corde lisse), hoop (lyra) and trapeze.
