Taking place at St Francis hall, Camberley, this class is suitable for those who have done some Pilates before. The class will include exercises with options to work at different levels, meaning you can work at an easier level if you're newer to Pilates and at a more advanced level if you've been doing Pilates for a while. This is a mat based class and may include the use of small equipment, which will be provided.

Since August 2019 lead coach Keir Apperley has been in talks with mental health service management at NHS East London Foundation Trust about piloting and testing an ongoing programme of sports club delivery focussed on people experiencing mental health challenges. In Tune FC is a social football club which aims to support people through mental poor health, though training, matches, networking, and socials. Players can develop skills and new techniques with experienced coaches.
