Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Join this free Wellbeing walk, for fresh air and fitness in a friendly environment. Wellbeing Walks are short walks, led by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. The walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join the group at the advertised time. The route starts and finishes at the same location. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Sociable midweek daytime run with optional chat, coffee and cake at Cafe Ambio afterwards . Everyone welcome. Typically an easy 30 minutes or 5km run session depending on who turns up. You can use this session to have company if you want to start a c25k program.
