A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
Supervising adults free of charge. Strictly NO food, water only - please be careful. Maximum age 10yrs.
Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: Children 18M–4Y = 1 full paying adult – 2 children. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. The routes start and finish at the same location as advertised, and last between 30 and 90 minutes. This is a Quiet Soft Play session for children up to 10 years old. Some session features include no music, familiar faces, and reduced capacity. Junior tickets include 1 free adult. All additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be worn at all times. No outside food or drink is permitted.

For people living with dementia and their carers. A fun session, with gentle easy movement. Join us for fun, friendship and relaxing movements, that can be done seated or standing. No special clothing or equipment or previous experience needed. We have a break with refreshments. No charge but donations welcome.
