Beds RCC co-ordinates Wellbeing Walks walk programmes throughout Central Bedfordshire and Bedford Borough. Our walks are free, fun and friendly – perfect to help you get active and meet new people. If you’d like to take part all you have to do is come along to the start point and make yourself known to one of the trained walk leaders. You’re free to take part in as many walks as you like, as often as you like. Meet outside Shefford Library SG17 5DD. Leaders: Jan (07740 778021)

Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all. Walks are led on three days in Leighton Buzzard. The activity you are about to book is specially designed to cater for the needs of children and young people with disabilities or additional needs (SEND). Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
A swimming session aimed for over 60s as well as adults and children with disabilities. It’s a great way to socialise and relax in a pool environment.
Supervising adults free of charge. Strictly NO food, water only - please be careful. Maximum age 10yrs.
