Angling Coaching Initiative is a non-profit organisation with six local mid Essex fishing clubs. The coaching sessions are designed to teach youngsters about all aspects of coarse fishing including the basics of set up and casting through to striking and fish handling. This is a Park Run Alternative! Whilst some of us are doing the Park Run (walking), there will be a gentle walk around the park. Colin will warm everyone up at the Littlehampton Lighthouse (Park Run start line) and then both groups will split.

Lancaster Lions FC is an inclusive football club for athletes with a variety of different needs. We aim to play football in a fun and enjoyable way.
