NB - The minimum age to attend our sessions is 16. Want to get the cardiovascular benefit of running but don't want the impact? Power walking might be just the thing for you. Join the group for a 45 minute cardio-based walking workout. The aim is to raise your heart rate, so it won't be a leisurely stroll.
