PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Learning Disability Rugby League training sessions
Weekly training session for players of all ages, genders and abilities. If you are new to the club, please call Rob (07825 153812) or Tony (07375 412373) first to let us know you are coming. First session free!
We provide an opportunity to train in wheelchair basketball for people of all ages and abilities. We cater for players from beginner to elite level and also run sessions for young players from age 7 upwards. All of our coaches are fully qualified and hold current DBS certificates
Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
Social group walk jog or Run around Gorleston area. Take part at pace comfortable for you; walk, jog or run. Darkness and Street lighting increases risk of trips, slips and falls so the pace will be slow and social. The route is mixture of tarmac and grass with kerbs and road crossings. Surface is not always even so please look ahead for hazards. If you choose to wear head torch do not shine it in eyes of other runners at that negatively affects their night vision.
