Limitless @ Adrenaline Alley is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders. A welcoming, gentle and relaxed experience in the pool. Great for people who are simply wanting a quieter low key session to enjoy swimming. All children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult, aged at least 16 years of age. The parent, guardian or responsible adult must go in the water and maintain direct control and constant watch. One adult can supervise up to two u8s or non-swimmers who must alos be wearing suitable buoyancy aids.
This is a beginner's walking group suitable for everyone. The meeting point will be by the outdoor gym. Wear comfortable/suitable clothing and footwear. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
