We play every Friday, our sessions are fun, encouraging and open to all. It doesn't matter if you've not played Netball before, or perhaps it's been a while, we practise skills and have fun while we're doing it. Give it a go!
Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all. The walks are usually within the Country Park, occasionally in Harrold village, with an annual bluebell walk in nearby woods (conditions permitting). Café and toilets available, parking free (but a donation is suggested – goes to the upkeep of the Park). There are no stiles but it may occasionally be slightly muddy. Off-road adaptive cycling sessions for everyone from complete beginners to experienced riders. We have e-assist handcycles for those with the ability to independently use the equipment. We are led by adaptive riders and supported by non-disabled support riders. If you have any queries or questions, don't hesitate to get in touch.
A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
Participants must complete and submit a referral form prior to accessing this class This class is part of our BE ACTIVE … live well programme which is aimed at those with a health condition; the older adult; and/or those who haven't exercised before and don't know where to start. Seated exercise is a chair based exercise to music class, which is suitable for all levels.
A dedicated 55-minute session for those over 50+ that is both lane swimming and casual swimming, which also includes those with disabilities that require a quieter session.
