Mary Frances Trust FC football for mental health. Our sessions are delivered by a FA qualified and First Aid trained coach. Every Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) £2.50 per session (please pay the coach, not the reception). You do not need to book to attend Football Training but will need to be registered with Mary Frances Trust. If you haven’t used our services in three months, you will need to register again.

These sessions can be done sitting down but are also suitable for those looking to improve their balance and become steadier on their feet.
