Walking football is a slower-paced small-sided version of the football association game aimed at ages 40+. Walking football is a fantastic way of staying fit and healthy in your later years, playing the sport you love in a safe environment. With proven benefits to lower mild hypertension, increase aerobic power and aid mental health. ETFC currently have 2 walking football teams - one for over 40s and one for over 50s.
