A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
Only £5 adults/£3 juniors, pay in the hall. Here Juniors with some experience, and Adults wishing to improve their game, can mix among other players. Just turn up to pay-and-play. Juniors are encouraged to come earlier, say 7-8:30pm and optional coaching is offered. Rusty racquets/beginner/returning adults are encouraged to come a bit later, say 8pm. This prevents overcrowding and a more compatible mix. Games may be shortened so no-one sits out for long!

Taking place at Bagshot Pavilion, this class is suitable for those who have done some Pilates before. The class will include exercises with options to work at different levels, meaning you can work at an easier level if you're newer to Pilates and at a more intermediate level if you've been doing Pilates for a while. This is a mat based class and may include the use of small equipment, which will be provided.

Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.
