Outdoor walking session using Nordic walking poles for those who have been referred by their G.P
This session enables runners of varying abilities to work to their individual level of fitness. Due to the nature of the session, we work within a smaller area, so all runners are able to run without the pressure of having to keep up with others, nor feel that they are underachieving . Walk & Talk - With a strong focus on social and mental wellness, and enjoying the beautiful nature that surrounds us. A dedicated 55-minute session for those over 50+ that is both lane swimming and casual swimming, which also includes those with disabilities that require a quieter session.

Caythorpe Strollers and Striders has three walks which take place from the same start point.
