The coaching team is made up of eight coaches who are qualified and some who are currently completing their FA coaching courses. The team is made up of adults with additional needs and plays in the Sussex disability league and has had some success in previous years under another team. We offer swimming sessions to anyone who has a physical, visual or hearing impairment who would like to improve their swimming. These sessions are delivered by highly qualified coaches who support and encourage all swimmer regardless of their impairment. The sessions are adaptable to enable all swimmers to grow in confidence, ability and self esteem in a safe and supportive environment, with a focus on competitive swimming. These sessions run on Fridays 7:30-8:10pm
We train regularly at all levels from beginner to elite, all ages (6+). We develop our skills in fitness, basketball and socially. We have a good laugh. Our main sessions is Tuesdays from 6:30pm till 9pm, Fridays from 9pm till 10pm. We regularly have junior sessions on Saturdays too. All sessions are held at the LC Swansea, SA1 3ST.
Clyde Cycle Park is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders.
