Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. An adaptable class that responds to your pregnancy. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable all the way through your pregnancy and helps with managing a pregnancy-related musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. Pre-registration is required before attending your first Good Boost session, please contact your local leisure facility.
The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Each booking is for 1 child and 1 adult. Children (including siblings) who are outside the specified age for this class are not permitted. The only exception is for babies (pre-walking) who can accompany the parent/guardian and the booked child. Doors close 10 minutes after the class has started.
