The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. This is a monthly women's walking group where the walk is completed at a relaxed pace to give you a chance to chat and aims to be between 3.5 to 4 miles in total, lasting about 90 minutes. Depending on the time of year and the ground conditions, the walks will be either road based or ideally we use the many footpaths in and around Chalfont St Peter.
