We have tandem cycling clubs in Harrogate, Ripon, Wetherby, Selby, York, Teesside and Wakefield. We provide a volunteer pilot and our members are on the back. The clubs meet from April to October, on weekday evenings and last around 2 hours, with a sociable pub stop. This activity is for adults who are able to cycle and it's a great way to experience the fun and freedom of bieng on a bike. Support and equipment is provided.

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. Mixed Ability Rugby involves both disabled and non-disabled players participating in contact rugby together. It is perfect for anyone new to the game and wanting to give it a go. Our existing squad consists of 30+ players, all of whom were new players at one time! If you want to make new friends and learn a new sport, the Bucks are for you! Players must be male and 17+ (as it is adult contact rugby).
