Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.
Wheelchair rugby is a fast paced, full contact team sport open to ages eight upwards and both sexes and to most levels of disabilities, especially those with higher levels of disabilities for whom there are very few options to take part in sport.

Blackburn blind sports club has been running blind Tennis session since 2021 with qualified coach Jamie.
We are a community football club located in the heart of Brighton designed to support those experiencing mental health issues either themselves or through a member of their family. In partnership with Sussex FA Just Play, we host a selection of local kickabouts and community charity matches. Additionally we will be working with local charities to offer mental health support and already have a partnership in place with Grassroots Suicide Prevention.
