Team Bath AS Para-Swimming, is part of Team Bath AS Performance Swimming Club, and offers expert coaching for para-swimmers at all levels of excellence. We invite aspiring para-swimmers aged 7-16 with physical disabilities and visual impairments to come along and try swimming. This is suitable for swimmers who are able to swim 25m+ unaided and who are comfortable swimming in deep water. For more details, contact paraswimming@teambathas.co.uk.

These sessions are quieter with reduced capacity to cater for individuals with learning and disability needs, whether a physical or a hidden disability. Sessions are suitable for fitness, socialising, and rehabilitation.

Our Community Club in Brent runs weekly inclusive multi-sport sessions. The club offers a range of inclusive traditional and Paralympic sports including football, basketball, cricket, tennis, boccia and more. Our sports club is open to anyone with a disability aged 8 years and over. Siblings, parents, carers and support workers can join for free! The club is welcoming, fun and engaging for everyone! The team plays in the National League at Nottingham. All coaches are CRB checked and have the appropriate qualifications. Sessions are at the Waterfront Leisure Centre, Woolwich: Thursdays, 4pm – 6.30pm and Saturdays, 2pm -4pm.
