Middlesbrough Powerchair Football Club enables people with a severe physical disability of all ages & gender to play the fast paced team sport of powerchair football. The club is based at Middlesbrough Sports Village; training on a Thursday & Friday evening. Having four teams playing in various regional leagues, as well as the national league, means that there is space for everyone to play.
Small, friendly archery club founded in 2011 by Patrick Huston that meets on a Monday and Thursday night from September to May and outdoors over summer. Opportunity provided by www.activelivingnolimits.co.uk hosted by Disability Sport NI.
Wheelchair track training sessions - these are held at the Mary Peters Track (Belfast) on Thursday nights 5pm - 6pm for athletes aged 8-12 (April to October) and from 5pm - 6.30pm (all year) for athletes aged 12 and older. Junior Club open to disabled people between the ages of 5 and 16. Why not come along and have some fun while taking part in some games and exercise! Thursdays 5-5:45pm, £3.60 pay as you go at reception. Places are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis. This is an all inclusion boxing session. Boxing works on Motability, stretching, basic yoga, coordination, discipline, mental health, and fun!

Air Venture inclusive is a specific session that offers families of children with autism and other abilities a dedicated session with reduced noise, no tannoy announcements and meet the team board
Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
A Soft Play session with a focus on children up to 10 years with special educational needs and disabilities. Adult supervision ratios apply. No outside food and drink is permitted. All junior tickets include 1 adult, all additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be work at all times.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
