The Club comprises of Short Curlers who come along for the fun and social interaction of the game and other Curlers who come for the competitions that are run throughout the season. Age, race and disability is no barrier in our club, in fact our oldest member is 89! Nothing is impossible, everything is possible!
We are excited to launch the very first Sensory Snooker sessions in Preston! Sensory Snooker allows people with complex disabilities to take part in the sport in a completely accessible, meaningful and person-centred way, with activities being adapted for each individual's needs. Taking part in this activity will help children to improve their coordination, endurance and confidence.

Good Boost provides a flexible approach for those with health conditions, supporting you back into fitness through gentle aqua based exercise rehabilitation classes. Participants must complete and submit a referral form prior to accessing this class This class is part of our BE ACTIVE … live well programme which is aimed at those with a health condition; the older adult; and/or those who haven't exercised before and don't know where to start. Seated exercise is a chair based exercise to music class, which is suitable for all levels. Age : 16+
