We are based at the start of an 11 mile off road Cycle Path, stretching from us in Yatton, to Cheddar. We have a great range of bikes, regular bikes, handcycles, a veloplus wheelchar bike, trikes, adaptive tandems, E-bikes and more. We also have funding to enable people with disabilities and additional needs to access cycling. Our home is at Yatton Railway Station, so it is easy to access us via train from Temple Meads, Bristol. Adapted cycling session for adults with a disability, all ability levels welcome. Participants will have the chance to experience riding a range of adapted bikes in a safe and secure environment with trained staff to support them. Our experienced coaches will educate individuals on how to ride, i.e. pedalling, steering and braking. Sessions will mainly take place inside the sports hall, but when the weather is nice, we can go outdoors.

GOGA Fit is an inclusive fitness class aimed at developing your fitness with a series of low intensity exercise that can be adapted to suit your needs. Ideal for seniors, disabled people, people with health conditions and those returning to exercise. Every Monday 10:00-11:30am £2 per session. Limited spaces available. Booking is essential.
Glenburn Table Tennis Club provides table tennis coaching from beginner to international level and at the moment have children covering that full range of abilities.
A swimming session aimed for over 60s as well as adults and children with disabilities. It’s a great way to socialise and relax in a pool environment.
Supervising adults free of charge. Strictly NO food, water only - please be careful. Maximum age 10yrs.
Falls are not an inevitable part of getting older and the good news is, falls can often be prevented. Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.
A dedicated 55-minute session for those over 50+ that is both lane swimming and casual swimming, which also includes those with disabilities that require a quieter session.
Join us for a sociable walk, wear comfortable/suitable clothing and footwear. It's all free and takes place at the same place and time every week!
