New Inclusive Themed Sensory Sessions are coming to a library near you. Join us for a fun filled session where we will discover light and dark, hot and cold, touch, smell and sound all within our sensory environment. Based in the Kirriemuir Town Hall 0-2 Years
Falls are not an inevitable part of getting older and the good news is, falls can often be prevented. Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.
A swim lane for registered disabled individuals and their carers. Where possible a double width lane will be provided to maximise social distancing. *Not available online*
This low intensity workout is suitable for everyone and will help to improve your general fitness. Particuarly suitable for individuals searching for a low impact workout or individuals new to exercising. 14+
