Foyle Sailability, a cross-border voluntary organisation, aims to deliver opportunities for sailing and other water-based activities to disabled people from across the North West region of Ireland.
Oxford Bulls FC is a football club made up of kids with Down Syndrome from the Derry City and Strabane District Council area. For children aged 7+.

Weekly boccia session for players of all levels, who have a physical disability. Ran by the Northern Ireland Polio Fellowship Boccia Club.
A Soft Play session with a focus on children up to 10 years with special educational needs and disabilities. Adult supervision ratios apply. No outside food and drink is permitted. All junior tickets include 1 adult, all additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be work at all times.
Cross Country session for all abilities, to include some hills. Suitable for anyone who can run 5k distance, at any pace. Headtorch & High Viz essential please on dark evenings. The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
