This session enables runners of varying abilities to work to their individual level of fitness. Due to the nature of the session, we work within a smaller area, so all runners are able to run without the pressure of having to keep up with others, nor feel that they are underachieving . The FABS exercise classes have been developed by experts to help you to improve your flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength for overall greater strength. All the keep fit exercises can be done seated or standing, depending on your ability - perfect for seniors. Pay for nine and the tenth class is free!
Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.
An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability, water confidence and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness.
