PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Pilates Matwork classes are not only fun, designed to help you improve flexibility and strength. Our Restorative class is great for those with injuries, joint problems, restricted movement or new to Pilates.
A second Functional Fitness class at West Heath Community Centre. The class is a friendly place where you will be exercising within a group. There is a combination of seated and standing exercise to help improve Stamina, Strengthen Muscles and Bones and improve Balance.

This is a mental health peer support group on the move. Each week we cover a 5km route with the emphasis on having time and space to chat while exercising.
Class takes place all year round. New to Nordic Walking? Contact Catherine to arrange an beginners introductory lesson at 11:45am. If you can already Nordic Walk, join the session at 10:30am.
