A second Functional Fitness class at West Heath Community Centre. Functional Fitness class for over 50's to maintain / improve Endurance, Strength, Balance and Mobility - everything you need to lead a movement healthy life! The class is varied each week. The class is a friendly place where you will be exercising within a group. There is a combination of seated and standing exercise to help improve Stamina, Strengthen Muscles and Bones and improve Balance.

This is a mental health peer support group on the move. Each week we cover a 5km route with the emphasis on having time and space to chat while exercising.
Class takes place all year round. New to Nordic Walking? Contact Catherine to arrange an beginners introductory lesson at 11:45am. If you can already Nordic Walk, join the session at 10:30am.

The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.
Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.
