A contemporary dance class for young people aged 11-13 Years (School years 7-8). This class will develop dancers’ understanding of technical principles. Dancers will develop their movement vocabulary, exploring articulation, alignment, direction and fluidity. We are open to all levels and experience.

A contemporary dance class for young people aged 8-11 years (school years 4-6). This class will introduce young people to Contemporary Dance techniques. Dancers will begin to explore coordination and control through floorwork, travelling, and jumping sequences. We are open to all levels and experience.

A slow flow with Tracey suitable for beginners and experienced yogis who'd like to relax.

Tag and Touch Rugby for those with a Learning Disability / Neurodiversity. All sessions provide the appropriate equipment and experienced coaches.
