GEMS is more than a dance class. It's about being part of a community, building friendships and everyone enjoying themselves. We cover a wide range of styles and facilitate the exploration of creative movement. Each session costs £3.50, your first session is free!

The class takes place on the ground floor and it is accessible for wheelchairs. The sessions can be enjoyed standing and seated. We encourage people to go at their own pace and rest as they feel.
