Supervising adults free of charge. Strictly NO food, water only - please be careful. Maximum age 10yrs.
Falls are not an inevitable part of getting older and the good news is, falls can often be prevented. Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.
ParaciseTM is a low intensity and low impact exercise class, that is accessible and specifically designed for those with a wide range of health conditions. It offers an entry point for all those people who would benefit physically and mentally from lower intensity exercise.
Join us for a sociable walk, wear comfortable/suitable clothing and footwear. It's all free and takes place at the same place and time every week! Level set between Beginner Walks: Under 1 mile, flat and even ground, no stiles, gentle pace and frequent stops, Ideal for those new to walking or living with health conditions that impact fitness or mobility.
