A low impact, gentle Pilates class for people who find getting down to the floor difficult and would prefer the support of a chair. Focusing on the Pilates principles in seated and standing if able - there is an option for everyone! Suitable for any age and ability and for conditions such as ME, MS, Parkinsons, osteoporosis and recovery for hip/knee replacement. This is a Quiet Soft Play session for children up to 10 years old. Some session features include no music, familiar faces, and reduced capacity. Junior tickets include 1 free adult. All additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be worn at all times. No outside food or drink is permitted.
A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
A chair based workout which is fun all the way. The chair allows a stable support whilst you are doing your class. Exercises are based around lifting the heart rate, strengthening and stretching your muscles. All done with the support of a chair.
Falls are not an inevitable part of getting older and the good news is, falls can often be prevented. Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.
