The Fit 4 U 2 service provides physical activity opportunities for people with a learning disability. Their leisure centre sessions include a mix of group exercise and inclusive sports e.g. boccia, indoor golf, badminton, archery and kurling, which are adapted to meet needs of participants.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. Pilates is an excellent way to improve your core and back muscles. If you have had an injury it is a great way to build back your strength and pain management. Experienced instructor with many years of knowledge in back issues. Join my class for mixed ability and fun!
This class is mainly Chair-Based Yoga, although you are welcome to bring your mat for a more traditional gentle mat-based practice.
