Falls are not an inevitable part of getting older and the good news is, falls can often be prevented. Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.

This is a free, weekly Badminton session delivered at Hengrove Leisure Centre every Monday 1:30pm to 2:30pm in Bristol by Lee!This session is free to attend and open to all abilities (even if you have never played before!). Our indoor Walking Tennis sessions started as a way for people with lower mobility to still participate in tennis. The smaller court, softer balls and two bounces allow the game to be played at normal speed but with less need for running. We now have around 20 players playing weekly!
