The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour. Each class is taught by a qualified and knowledgeable instructor who will be able to answer any questions you might have. You will be able to exercise at your own pace in a positive environment ...
Tai Chi is a slow moving exercises that works on your balance and movement. This class is suitable for those who are still steady on their feet.
Yoga Classes running Monday April 8, 15 and 22. Be there for 11.20am for an 11.30 prompt start. Coaching Room in Foyle Arena. Highly skilled teacher, used to working with the VI community. The Foyle connected community is renowned for their warm welcomes; so bus, train, or helicopter in, someone will meet you at the front door of the Foyle Arena to walk you down if you are unsure of the building!
