B.I.O Squirrels is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders. Led Group Bike Rides - We attampt to accommodate the abilities and preferences of riders with several rides on different routes, distances and pace. There is a social cafe stop and no one is dropped. Bikes are available for hire

Trampoline Coaching. Everyone is welcome. Over 10% of our members have a disability and we are encouraging more to join. We adapt the activities on the Trampoline to your specific disability. You don't have to be able to bounce, we use bean bags and can bounce you. If you can't see, we will bounce with you. Give it a go, it's fun.

A dedicated 55-minute session for those over 50+ that is both lane swimming and casual swimming, which also includes those with disabilities that require a quieter session.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
The Friends of Horsenden Hill (https://www.horsenden.co.uk) host regular sessions at Horsenden Farm with a range of conservation, gardening, veg growing, and site maintenance tasks. No prior experience needed - all the instructions and tools will be provided! The volunteering session coincides with the tap day on the farm to keep everyone's energy levels up. From 12pm you can treat yourself to freshly brewed draft beer at the on-site nano brewery 🍺, pizzas baked in the clay oven 🍕 or other sweet...
