Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.
Sessions for all ages looking to build their water confidence for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Come and learn how to turn walking into a total body exercise with poles. This Power of the Poles course will introduce you to Nordic Walking. It will be the start of your journey enjoying exercise, being outdoors, having fun and improving your fitness. In this session, you will learn the basics of Nordic walking. It's essential to book online in advance. Parking charges do apply.
A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
