PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Breakthrou' dance Families: FREE dance workshops for wheelchair users with complex disabilities and their families. Fully accessible & inclusive, with changing place facilities and led by experienced dance facilitators. 3 separate sessions, running at the same time, under one roof! The sessions will be relaxed and in a safe environment where everyone can be themselves, make new friends, and try something different.
