This walking group activity is delivered by Community Voluntary Services Tendring (CVST) as part of the lottery funded Healthier Independent Longer Lives (HILL) project. It is designed to help people lead healthier, more independent and active lives. This is a fun walk for all ages and abilities. We stop for a refreshment at the of the walk, so come along and make new friends in your local community, have fun and get active!
Join Mel for a Moderate Adventure Walk around the Dunstable Downs area. This walk is for those who can walk 5-6 km in anIt is essential to register and book in advance online. For just a £28.00 monthly membership you can join *unlimited WALX, on line classes and a free mnthly walk with any other group *90mins & under.
This is a free, weekly Badminton session delivered at Woking Leisure Centre every Wednesday from 2:00pm to 3:00pm by Jay!This session is free to attend and open to all abilities (even if you have never played before!). A 45 minute open gym session where the music is lowered. Parents are allowed to come and train with there newborn/children if they are in a car seat or pushchair.
Visually impaired Boccia. Wednesdays (weekly) at Coleraine West Community Centre, The Rope Walk, Coleraine from 2pm – 3:15pm. Opportunity provided by www.activelivingnolimits.co.uk hosted by Disability Sport NI.
The Fit 4 U 2 service provides physical activity opportunities for people with a learning disability. Their leisure centre sessions include a mix of group exercise and inclusive sports e.g. boccia, indoor golf, badminton, archery and kurling, which are adapted to meet needs of participants.
Sessions for all ages looking to build their water confidence for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
