For those of our members (and their partners/carers as appropriate) with mild Parkinson's symptoms, this is a gentle and safe way to improve posture, functional movement and confidence when walking. No pressure here to walk further or faster than you feel comfortable with. This leisurely walk lasts up to an hour, and includes exercises that help with flexibility, balance and strength.
Join our Guided Nordic Walk around the ancient Forest. Walks are led by our team of experienced Forestry England Volunteers.
