In our Viva classes, we work on a mix of Musical Theatre and Contemporary choreography. We focus on developing cardiovascular fitness, strength, and dance techniques. The class begins and ends with gentle stretches, creating a relaxed and fun atmosphere. It’s a great way to socialise, boost mental well-being, and promote body positivity. Beginners welcome!

These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.

Duration – 1 ½ hours, walk grade 3.5. Mark is away so this is a self-led walk. The Regular Walk is a social way to get fit and stay fit. It`s aimed at walkers that can maintain a pace of 3.5 mph. After a warm up we will set off together and those that wish to walk fast can go ahead and at certain points we will gather together.
