Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done seated on a chair or use the chair for support when standing. The benefits are improved balance, flexibility concentration and strength. Chair Yoga also helps with reducing tension, aiding relaxation and reduces the stress on joints. This is ideal for people who would love to try yoga but who may struggle with moving from standing to kneeling, lying down or who would require support and balance.

Bristol Rovers Community Trust have partnered up with the FA to deliver an FA Para Football Talent Hub. This is part of the England Talent pathway and hopes to find the Para England stars of the future. Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
