We run a recreational walking football session for ladies over 40 and men over 50. No experience necessary.
Men and women of all ages and levels of fitness or ability are invited to come along to one of our Walking Football sessions to take part in a slower-paced version of the beautiful game. With a number of sessions currently being delivered, enquiries are coming in on a weekly basis from older gentlemen and women wanting to know more about the game and how they can get involved. Recreational Walking Football for fun, to benefit physical, mental and social health. Sessions are 60 minutes and consist of warm ups, ball skills and games. All ages and abilities welcome. We play on a 4G Astroturf pitch.⚽️

AFC Totton worked closely with Dimensions on local initiatives at the Snows Stadium - this relationship flourished and the outcome was the development of the Pan Disability team at AFC Totton. The team compete in the Pan Disability League, which was originally set up by The Saints Foundation and will be run by Eastleigh FC for the coming season.
