Movers and Shakers FC, Neuro Walking Football Worcestershire, was set up in January 2022 to encourage people with neurological conditions to return to sport and keep active whilst providing a safe, social and supportive environment focusing on fun, inclusivity and friendship. Headway Suffolk offers a range of sporting activities for people with a neurological condition. We make the most of the outside gym when weather permits. We have a sporting activity most week days. Please contact 01473 712225 for an assessment.
We run training sessions every week on Wednesdays and Fridays at 11.00am at Little Oakley Football Club. Open to all comers, with each session priced at £3.00. A great chance to get more active, rediscover old footballing skills and to socialise with a great bunch of people.
A very social format of the game where meeting people and enjoying each other's company is of equal importance to the football itself. Targeting (though not exclusively for) those of a senior age who want to get out for a relaxed, fun session with friends.
